The story is about a young protagonist's(The Patient) death and meets the Black Parade that takes him to the after world. And so the first track is titled "Dead!" Green Day: 21st Century Breakdown
Widely know pop-punk band, Green Day released their 8th studio album, called "21st Century Break Down". The album has a story of two young lovers, called Christian and Gloria, two kids who were sold out by the church, the state and adults that they had believed in.
